This one was made with freshly squeezed orange and lemon juice, orange zest and, for that extra kick, a spoonful of Triple sec (orange flavoured liqueur from dried peels of bitter and sweet oranges). The taste neat was light and airy like a Pavlova with kiwi, pomegranate and mint crisp on the outside with a creamy
