Oliver's Fine Perry Pet Nat 2019 6.8% (750ml) Bourbon 80% destemmedHerefordshire bittersweet and bitter sharp Perry Pear varietals were blended at pressing time, then keeved and racked six times during fermentation to give an off dry gently sparkling Pet Nat perry. Opens with a gentle pop and a lime green colour. The lime and lemon pours out of the glass on the nose and gives a very fresh, zingy flavour. A beautiful fruity, sour freshness. A citrus bomb!
