2020 Chimney Rock Elevage Blanc, Napa Valley cab Drawing fruit from recently replantedElevage Blanc is a complex white wine that has depth and great potential for aging but is also enjoyable to drink now. It provides aromas of white peach, brioche, citrus, and pear with hints of caramel. Full bodied and rich with viscosity and unctuousness, this wine demonstrates both subtle acidity and a long, broad finish.
