An Allegory of America Watercolour the cancelled2026 Pigment print on etching paper. Edition of 100 Inspired by a print by the Dutch engraver Adriaen Collaert, this work reimagines the allegorical figure of America for the 250th anniversary of the United States. A woman rides a bison, holding a cornucopia overflowing with American products and achievements, while farms, industry, and a rocket launch replace the wilderness of the original image. The border reinterprets classical figures including
