very blunt nosed 3 ring bullet…this does not appear to be a “cut-off” bullet

looks like a brass cartridge was once attached to this bullet

only the second time I have seen this bullet type

A faint double capped nose can be seen (a nose cast mark with a fainter ring just below that)

The stirrup & thick leather hood, for their age are in excellent condition. The crazing in the leather is absolutely great. The leather has an issue or two but overall the condition is strong.
