the block of Syrah was recently planted in 2016

The tannins are chewy and pushing back right now but I’m expecting a softer version in 12 to 18 months

I suggest re-visiting in one or two years as this wine reaches it's full potential - unless you likes your wines young and feisty like I do

white flowers and Christmas cookie aromas are also noticeable
