葡萄來自Le Mesnil sur Oger特級村與Avize特級村。20%為陳年基酒，在混調前導入橡木桶培養3個月；80% 為當年份收成，以不鏽鋼槽培養。

豐富的櫻桃、李子與黑醋栗香氣，伴隨一絲灌木叢與紅茶氣息。酒體結構均衡，賦予酒款十足的陳年實力。

取名為La Cinso，因為這款酒是100% Languedoc Roussillon傳統品種的Cinsault所釀造，葡萄園僅1公頃大小，樹齡平均高達50年，2013為第一個推出首釀年份。由於來自荖藤的緣故，Anne與Jean-Paul全程採用手工採收。種植於砂岩與泥灰岩，只使用不銹鋼槽發酵培養。​
