Les Thivaux位於村子西南邊的山坡，因此黏土含量較低，發揮Rully村輕盈精巧的面貌，可口的柑橘類香氣主導，加上焦糖奶油及蜂蜜檸檬，誘人的美味。幾乎無添加任何SO2。

酒色品種特有的紫紅色，相較一般來得更加深沉，也可以看出酒莊完全掌握葡萄的品種特性與栽種要點。黑醋栗、黑櫻桃，多汁的口感與紫羅蘭的香氣，使得酒體呈現柔美的平衡度與女性化的特質，分外的優雅宜人。
