葡萄100%去梗，於15%的新木桶中進行陳釀。散發輕盈的莓果香，如櫻桃、藍莓、草莓等香氣，紫羅蘭香隨著搖杯而冉冉升起，口感集中緊緻！

1公頃；因此產量非常稀少。土壤以石灰質黏土組成，平均樹齡約為55歲。40%新桶陳釀20-22個月，賦予酒體帶有紫羅蘭、八角、烘焙咖啡香氣，單寧緊緻具良好結構，經過時間的淬鍊更能體現出絲滑圓潤的口感。
