Angustum, Chardonnay, 2022 Angustum single-barrel selection from our AngustumA refined, cool fermented Chardonnay from our Vineyard Selection Series poised, textural and fresh. Hand pruned fruit from dark loam over limestone is night harvested, gently pressed and cold settled, then naturally fermented half in older French oak, half in stainless at a cool 1416C. Vibrant perfumed stone fruit and citrus on the nose; a medium bodied palate of white peach, grapefruit, ripe pear, mango and melon with a very subtle hint of French
