Clos du Chapitre一級園位於Aloxe Corton心臟地帶，在地圖中亦經常標示為「Les Meix」此處土壤多石排水性極佳，成熟度極佳，釀出芳香細緻的香氣與優雅口感。開瓶後香氣隨著時間慢慢展現出豐沛的氣味，黑櫻桃、紅色漿果、大量的鳶尾花和牡丹，單寧成熟，口感多汁、溫柔的包覆著味蕾，酒體中等，發展至尾韻則透露出辛香料的風味。

酒名「L'Impatiente」意為「迫不及待」，莊主夫婦詼諧地傳達出此款必須趁年輕享用的特質。於控溫琺瑯槽中陳釀9個月。新鮮的柑橘香氣結合迷人的白桃風味，清爽的酸度在口中穿梭，令人一口接一口開懷暢飲的風格。最適合做為開胃酒或搭配簡單的小點。
