A great balance between fruit flavours and acidity
The finish completes this wine with a great deal of length and complexity while the soft but persistent tannins linger for a really long time
Pinot Blanc is making a push as one of the best suited Okanagan white varietals in the last few years
The palate is round and crisp with a distinctive minerality showing grapefruit
2016 Mt. Boucherie Summit 1.5L Magnum grilled wild rice stuffed red pepper The Four Mile Creek sub-appellationIts dark and dense in the glass and after letting it breathe for a few minutes. I get aromas of black cherries, kirsch, black currants, cassis, cigar leaf, sweet oak spices and anise. The wine opens up on strong notes of ripe fruits, mostly dark cherries. The pepperiness starts at the mid palate. This wine has great length and finishes with sweet black fruit, a hint of coffee, cedar and black pepper. An excellent wine, 93pts Carls Wine Club! I suggest
