It is model 800. It is 12V and requires a R 12 bulb. When mounted it will stand 15 tall. The face of the lens is 8 diameter. Turns freely on the stand. The stand base is 5 1 2 diameter with 4 screw mounting that is 3 1 2 apart. There is about 3 of wiring.
