Schaefer 6” Stainless Steel Open Base Cleat new One has black base andThis Schaefer open based cleat is in excellent condition. It does have some scratching but it is very minimal. The cleat is 6 in length. 2 through bolt that are 1 1 2 apart. This cleat stands 1 3 16 tall. Width between the base is 3 4 but that would be snug for that thick of line. Would recommend 5 8 line or less. Will come with 2 bolts..
