Great condition with a smooth finish. Lock plate is marked Merrill, July 1858, May 21 28 61, 7698 (serial number I think), 7 over 85 (I think). There are other markings I cannot make out. About 5 1 4 inches long. Shipping is $5. 00. A barn find just outside of Jonesboro, Tenn. (Tennessees oldest city)
