Bâtard-Montrachet與其相鄰的特級園Montrachet與Chevalier-Montrachet一同被認為是世界上最適合夏多內的風土，酒款結構複雜且具有出色陳年潛力。成熟的梨子與鳳梨香氣，揉合甜美的蘋果與桃子氣息，以及一抹柑橘蜜餞風味。酒體紮實，細膩質地體現出高層次的品飲感受，經過時間的淬鍊更顯風華。

釀造：不刻意採取低溫浸泡，根據經驗調整溫度，僅使用天然酵母，發酵時平均每天一次的踩皮，初期有時加上淋汁處理，避免過度萃取。新桶比例相當低，即便一級園也僅約15%。

這款Bâtard Montrachet特級園酒款，葡萄來自一個於1992年重新種植的單一地塊，與酒莊外放的Meursault村白酒相比，顯得嚴肅內斂。口感平衡、酸度爽脆，收尾節制，是一款低調卻難掩優異品質的高階酒款。
