風土：Beaune Blanc布根地最多人造訪的城市就是伯恩市，此地同時也是42塊一級園的聚集地。伯恩的白酒並不常見，主要位於高坡處。帶有杏仁、乾燥水果、蕨類及白花的香氣，通常年輕時就果香奔放，甜美可口，陳年後更顯圓潤整合，也另有一番美妙滋味。

採收自面朝東南，海拔200公尺以上的葡萄園，手工挑選其中糖分超過35%，並且沾染貴腐菌的果粒。進行壓榨，控制溫度保持15度C進行長時間的發酵，達到酒精度13

釀造：酒莊決定更加提升葡萄的品質，僅採收完全成熟的夏多內進行釀造，使得葡萄含有更多的酚類物質與糖度，如此不須乳酸發酵，也不用高添糖，酒質同樣可以達到充分的平衡，同時充分利用白丘得天獨厚的俐落酸度與白堊土的礦物感，展現更清晰白丘區的風土樣貌。
