使用單一年份採收的葡萄，利用放血法細緻的萃取出香氣與顏色。放血法(Saignée)，是指透過浸皮將黑皮諾的果皮與榨好的果汁接觸，依時間長短萃取出不同程度的紅色。明亮的寶石紅色，帶有令人愉悅的新鮮紅色水果、黑醋栗和李子派的香氣。濃郁的酒香與隱藏在餘味中的一絲甜味完美的融為一體。

採放血法「Saignée」製成，風格較一般Rosé香檳強勁，香氣豐富且複雜，紅色莓果、玫瑰花香，口感清新，以成熟紅色莓果、辛香料風味主導，非常適合與生牛肉塔塔、抑或是香料醃製的明蝦一起享用！年產量321瓶(2015)。
