The origins can be traced back as far as Ancient Egypt where millions of frogs were born after the annual flooding of the Nile. As the only significant source of water in what was otherwise a desert, the flooding fertilized the lands surrounding the river and made agriculture and development possible. Thus the frog came to be linked to life,
