“Joie du Palais”翻譯為”宮殿的喜悅”，這是Frederic與Chantal 在2015年才新購入的地塊，Frederic稱之“Premier Cru Fleurie” 。位於Fleurie中海拔更高，地勢更陡峭的位置。以生物動力法種植著高達60歲以上的老藤。在此地只能完全仰賴人工與馬匹。

風土：香檳區最北的區域，卻以其高品質的黑皮諾最為人印象深刻，因為香檳區寥寥17個特級村中，就有9個位在漢斯山區。實際上本區根據其坡度的走向與土壤，亦非常適合慕尼耶與部分夏多內的生長。本區的小農香檳根據各自所在位置的風土，展現出多種的風格與特色，可謂是香檳百家爭鳴的著名產區。
