Tepee Bag, Buffalo hide with Beaded Bar Design, circa 1875-1900 28261 which are rendered in shadesAntique 19th century Crow (Plains Indian) beaded Tepee bag, circa 1860 1875. Constructed of native tanned buffalo hide with glass trade beads. The front of the tipi bag is partially beaded in a traditional Crow bar design in colors of light blue, dark blue, dark green, whiteheart red, and greasy yellow. Sinew sewn. The hide is very supple. The bag has been professionally fitted with wall mount for easy display.
