風土：義大利最頂級的Prosecco產區就在Veneto省的Conegliano Valdobbiadene產區，更在2009年升級成為第44個DOCG，也是全義大利唯一的氣泡酒DOCG，生產優雅具有礦物感與芳香，充滿活力的精采氣泡酒。整個Conegliano Valdobbiadene產區鄰近Piave河。由遠古時的冰川鑿切作用所形成。葡萄園遍布整個山區，地勢皆極為陡峭，光站直都不容易，因此自古就必須依靠人工作業與手工採收，因此可以保留足夠的酸度。

葡萄來自單一年份。葡萄園位於馬恩河谷、漢斯山區與白丘，平均樹齡都已超過60歲。土壤為黏土石灰岩與白堊土混合。橡木桶中歷經7個月的培養，二次瓶陳長達108個月，年產量720瓶。

二次瓶陳：24 個月以上。

製程：不鏽鋼槽(2019年)、80%不鏽鋼槽+20%橡木桶 (2020年)。
