Reanimator decks are looking to get a powerful creature into the graveyard quickly through discard or Entomb effects, then cast a spell to return it to the battlefield at a steep mana discount

Diablo has a strong ability that lets you draw cards passively, and even its main set version will probably cost quite a bit for a while on the singles market

usually if someone untaps with one of these in play they'll either outright win the game with a big spell like Genesis Wave, or at the very least they'll draw tons of cards (Blue Sun's Zenith) and still have the mana to cast some of the spells they've just drawn

It would go to the graveyard and the next card would be turned face up and be in play (assuming it's a permanent)

Though both abilities are not cheap to use, sinking a lot of resources into these abilities could be devastating
