This card can be especially interesting with instants and attack trigger doublers like Isshin, Two Heavens as One

In that deck, one of my mini-games is to cast a Tashas Hideous Laughter (or three) and then slam this thing to get a whole bunch of lands into play (hopefully)

Best of all, Innistrad Remastered has dropped Laboratory Maniac's rarity down to uncommon , so maybe you'll be able to grab one without needing to forgo that grande cappuccino

The way I read the card is that on the floor, youre paying three mana for one free equip each turn, and the ability to move around equipment during combat
