Reds access to ramp is sparse at worst and conditional at best, so the Prospectors relatively stipulation-free activation means its the superior choice for ramp in any goblins deck
Its easy to shortcut this card to a three-mana 4/4 that dies to two damage in an Adventure-centric format, but yet again the key is the third chapter being more impactful than expected
