basic ponyta pokemon card value Blaine's Gym Heroes | Pokémon [2] Smash Kick (20) [RR] Flame Tail (30) Ponyta - 029/182

There are some combo decks where a combined lifegain tool, sac outlet and tutor is the dream card

Oath of Eorl and Song of Erendil provide some decent utility as well

His job was the most mundane of tasks but he treated each one as if the world depended upon it

It is somewhat decent card filtering when you need to force some big boys out from your deck, but the downside is its huge activation cost

Likewise, it also works really well in counters decks (like my Hamza, Guardian of Arashin deck), as the cost to prevent your draw will increase as Esper Sentinel gets bigger and bigger, easily making it more costly to pay for than even Rhystic Study
