IV seems to give this card a little more oomph than Chandra, the Firebrand did, and Im pretty sure bloodrushing a Ghor-Clan Rampager on a Phoenix is one of the dictionary definitions of a BIG GAME (TM)

It would be great to see Amber/Amethyst break out of its shell and reach new heights, but this deck doesn't present a lot of opportunity for success

What seems to be causing the surge is its proven effectiveness in decks helmed by Godo, Bandit Warlord, and its inclusion in early brews commanded by another Final Fantasy character: Gilgamesh, Master-at-Arms
