The less human version is Tovolar, Midnight Scourge, whos a 4/4 with the same card draw ability, but this time around you can pay X, one red, and one green, to give a Wolf or Werewolf you control +x/+0 and trample until the end of the turn, which is a great way to finish someone off
After all, expecting your opponent to concede while you also can't do anything is not a win condition and not the optimal way to play stax pieces
That will fit a lot of decks, but what happens in the next chapter is that you get two rounds of a pseudo Council's Judgment, and that's a pretty strong effect
