It doesnt do much in Commander (kind of nothing, really), but the ability to tutor multiple copies of the same artifact to the battlefield is intriguing

Tezzeret's Touch is a strange enchantment aura that helps turn your artifacts into big attackers or strong defenders

While cards like that are obviously powerful card advantage right when you play them, there are several cards that can provide a major boost your hand size over time if played correctly

It can also answer any sort of damage-based killing effects from combat damage to burn, and then later on, give you a one-time life bump back to 10 life

Like Bloodghast it's not on the list either...weird right
