While this card doesnt look quite as beautiful as the Special Illustration Rare, it packs a serious punch in the value department a standard set by the incredibly valuable Mega Hyper Rares we got in Mega Evolution

It works rather unintuitively, but I think it's also a lot of fun to play, as well as quite strong, so I will try to illuminate our thoughts and choices that went into this deck
