The first, Frigid Fluttering, allows you to search your deck for two Basic Water Energy cards, attaching them to Articuno and then shuffling
The cards reprinted classic starter artwork at jumbo scale, making them striking display pieces but awkward to store, as oversized cards do not fit binders, sleeves, or standard card cases
Even if it just means you eat one of their chump blockers, it still cost them something for your two mana (one to activate, one for the Land the Aura is on)
Then, when they enter the battlefield, either each other Creature gets -X/-X until the end of turn, and you lose X life, or you can return up to X Creature cards with a mana value of X or less from your graveyard to the battlefield, and then give them haste until the end of turn
Some cards like Flash were banned specifically because of their effects in cEDH, although most of the cards are banned because of their effects on the format in general
