When this card was brought back as Rising Waters, it was a competitive card at 3U

Card not found is kind of overpowered (not much, but some), so this is at least a bit fixed, because it has the double black requirement

I also like to run this card in my Avacyn, Angel of Hope deck as a one-sided wipe after my commander hits the field

This ultimatum can obviously have easy combo potential with graveyard decks, especially with effects from cards like Entomb, but it works well in essentially any permanent-based deck
