Having multiple Semblance Anvils is also notable, because we then are not beholden to strictly lowering the cost of our artifacts, making our Merciless Eviction, Rite of Replication, or Wake the Past cheaper by imprinting the Distant Melody we may no longer need

Note that storm copies arent cast, but a storm deck typically wants to cast a lot of cheap or free spells to maximize those storm triggers
