The direct damage comes in handy and makes the activation cost well worth it

I seem to recall some version of this when we playtested these decks during development and thought it was pretty cool

They both also synergize nicely with Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm and Reflections of Littjara (which is already included in the deck), as you'll get activations off both your original creature and their clone
