You want Titans to gain card advantage when you make them and you want the game to get quickly out of control when you get a few swings out of your Titan and Frosty here does neither of these things very well

You also cannot do this with newer packs but it works great for older sets

There are also less efficient mana rocks like Inherited Envelope and Phial of Galadriel

Loxi: Yeah this is sick, if anything I think the colors might have been a way to taper the balance of this a bit - I don't think it would have been too strong since it still enters tapped, but it makes this a bit more of a fun niche card
