Given that we also have one-off enablers like Faithless Salvaging and further options in blue, Id be hesitant to ever draft this as an enabler
Between a low amount of turn one green, being bad past turn one, not blocking, and making your opponents small removal (especially Lava Dart!) go live, I truly fail to see how one could convince themselves that running Sakura-Tribe Scout is the stronger option
