0 Pokmon (Wishiwashi) Basic Ability Cowardice Once during your turn (before your attack) , you may discard all cards attached to this Pokmon and return it to your hand

This also makes it much better for decks that play larger amounts of creatures with lesser power since it will allow your creatures to trade more readily with opposing attackers and blockers
