Cunning Wish, meanwhile, also sees a ton of play in Legacy and Premodern for its ability to find interaction in the sideboard that may not normally be played in the main deck of streamlined Omniscience decks, like Force of Negation, Surgical Extraction, or Consign to Memory

I suspect early playtesting, which notoriously underplays sideboarded games, might find this card underwhelming, but I expect having access to this to pay substantial dividends in a full match
