I realize prices are fluctuating, and you might be able to get them cheaper, but you cant get a large amount for a lot less, and the average is easier to comprehend
Check three things: (1) The rarity symbol in the bottom-left corner stars and special marks indicate higher rarity
New wave of Pyro strategies features an emphasis on destroying other Pyro/FIRE monsters and/or sending them to GY, either to provide beneficial effect while they are in GY or being banished for effect

If this card is Tributed: You can add 1 "Black Luster Soldier" monster from your Deck to your hand
