You probably won't count on Yawgmoth too much if your only concern is to draw cards, but when looking at the whole package, Yawgmoth, Thran Physician is hard to beat

It is pretty unlikely that another player has gained quite as much life as you, and if youre above 10,000 life, you can activate Aetherflux Reservoir at least 200 times, which is more than enough to deal with anything on your way to victory
Ezuri's passive ability lets you draw a card whenever you proliferate, turning any spells and abilities that would add counters into cantrips
