You can use the ability to destroy your opponents army or take away all of their land

In the later stages of the game, your opponents won't have mana to re-cast anything most of the time, forcing them to discard much of their newly bounced cards to the graveyard and lose access to them

The abilities on it are solid for stabilizing in the mid to late game, and so its still pretty playable all things considered

The cards themselves are strong enough for you to pick a color or pair of colors and run with a theme to victory

While a low powered card as a stand alone it is hard to overstate the importance of these in this archetype
