Description

Thats right, the color of tempo-control, countering spells, and surprisingly big Creatures is here

Based on current market prices, Time Ebb is the most valuable card in Starter 2000, worth around $ 0.35

For four mana, when this 3/3 Human enters the battlefield, you create a number of 1/1 Human tokens equal to the number of times Jirina has been cast

If that creature is legendary, instead create two of those tokens that are tapped and attacking

Turning this around though you are more likely to play cheap low power spells in a deck if they have flashback and may be used for extra value again later
