My verdict: The Sapphire & Steel Ursulas Return Deck is best for players who enjoy villain-inspired control strategies and want a deck that dominates through power and patience
While they all have unique abilities, when you consider that we have cards like Teferi, Hero of Dominaria and Chandra, Torch of Defiance in Historic, most of the new Jumpstart: Historic Horizons planeswalkers just do too little and cost too much to take them seriously as competitive cards (although I am excited to build a Davriel, Soul Broker deck, mostly because I'm still not exactly sure what the card does)
Its fun to note that Mike Longs likeness isnt actually on the creature here, as its a merfolk, but on the castaway clinging to some driftwood in the foreground
