This WUBRG creature is a fan-favorite commander for Dragon tribal decks since it's huge, has Eminence, and can generate awesome amounts of value whenever Dragons go on the offensive

Its skills are all pretty excellent too

Add Inkmoth Nexus to the mix and you only need five other artifacts to give your opponent ten poison counters (keeping in mind that you can sacrifice the Overseer to the Ravager once youve activated it), four if one of them is an attacking Signal Pest

That's not to say that I believe this to be a badly drawn card
