I think it is literally the ex Tera foil but Idk why they didnt just make a regular sized black star promo of the giant card but without a regulation mark or just ban it so it wouldnt be played but its bizarre to have a jumbo card be exclusive in that size but more bizarre to me is that its only 2 of 3 starters
