While paying 2 mana for a token copy of a cast spell is a pretty good rate, it doesnt matter if the creature its on isnt efficiently costed itself
How many cards help the theme
This theme continues through to one of the other new mechanics, Emerge , which appears on giant Eldrazi creatures with colourless mana costsbut with the option to burst forth from your existing creatures for coloured mana, getting a discount in exchange for sacrificing one of your allies
But I quickly ran out of small upgrades and as we go deeper into Devoid Eldrazi, things like Void Winnower and Urza's Incubator are fantastic but start creeping towards the $10 price tag
