The illustration, name, and flavor text on Frazzle are a riot, but good art doesn't make for a good card!.Paying 3U for a counterspell is awfully steep, and for some reason, Frazzle can't counter blue spells at all
Also, since it gets two +1/+1 counters whenever a Food goes to any graveyard, just having 8 creatures go to the graveyard makes it +16/+16, becoming a 22/22 and putting it in range for a one-shot commander damage kill
You may cast any number of spells from among the nonland cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs
Anticipate helps, but were going to need a lot more sources than Evolving Wilds and a Wastes
Theres an awful lot of very expensive cards, even though reprints and decent substitutes for card abilities exist these days but which ones cost the most
