New mechanics Toy is a new Lorcana character classification which will allow players to build typal decks around that subtype

The protective pocket is acid and PVC free making it safe to store loose cards

That said, I will reserve my full judgment on the card until I see the rest of the Revival Trance Commander deck, as this theming might make more sense in relation to other cards in the deck.
