Outside of the unplayable MTG holiday cards that Wizards of the Coast prints for local game stores as a Christmas gift, it can be quite hard for the average player to find MTG Christmas cards to use in their festive-themed deck

Its win-win for a fairly affordable Emerald card that can also be added to your inkwell in a pinch, and earns it a well-deserved spot on any list of the best Lorcana cards

I find I often play it instead of something like a Time Spiral or perhaps even a Fact or Fiction as it will be pretty effective as a card draw mechanism but then also doubles up as an extra threat

The digital game will play out exactly in the same way save for the random mechanic that will take the place of real-world card shuffling
