The yellow deck is led by Charlotte Linlin and uses effects that inspect, add, remove, or otherwise manipulate Life cards

So, having these cards legal would make it so no one would want to play for ante (especially considering the average price of a Vintage deck), meaning these cards would basically let you play a smaller deck since they would get removed and make you more likely to see your key cards
